Customization: Your journey is unique, and so is your program. I create a personalized meal plan and workout regimen tailored to your specific goals and lifestyle. Whether you prefer to train at home or have limited access to equipment, I provide the guidance you need to reach your objectives within 12 weeks.

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

Virtual Training Sessions: All training sessions are done from the comfort of your home or office with live, private, video sessions.

Weekly Measurements: Measurements and a body fat analysis will be performed at the beginning of each training session to track your progress and improve results.

Customized Meal Plans: As a Licensed Nutritionist, I will provide you with a weekly meal plan that is very specific and easy to follow. Each meal plan will be emailed prior to your session and thoroughly discussed during your session.

Customized Workouts: As a Certified Personal Trainer, I will design a workout that is specific to your abilities and goals. This will be emailed prior to your session and demonstrated during your session. Workouts can be designed with minimal equipment and performed at home if needed. You will have one workout for each week (to be completed 5 days), and receive a new one each week.

Coaching & Support: As a Certified Health Coach, I’ll provide tools and support to overcome obstacles and help you succeed. You will have constant support and accountability throughout your transformation program.
