Kelly Dean Personal Training has one mission—to transform your body. Historical data shows that clients who follow my program lose 20-50 pounds of their total fat in 12 weeks.  There are three keys to my successful program:

Simplicity:  The less choices youʼre required to make, the more energy you can apply to your transformation.  This program is very straight forward and specific.

Intensity: You will work hard and you will lose 20-50 pounds of your total body fat. Thereʼs no magic, just hard work. Youʼll gain strength and muscle while youʼre losing fat, which is what makes the transformation sustainable.

Customization:  Your transformation program will be designed with your lifestyle and specific goals in mind.  Your meal plan and workout will be highly customized to get you to your goals in 12 weeks.  You can reach your goals with limited equipment and no gym membership if necessary.

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

Virtual Training Sessions: All training sessions are done from the comfort of your home or office with live, private, video sessions.

Weekly Measurements: Measurements and a body fat analysis will be performed at the beginning of each training session to track your progress and improve results.

Customized Meal Plans: As a Licensed Nutritionist, I will provide you with a weekly meal plan that is very specific and easy to follow. Each meal plan will be emailed prior to your session and thoroughly discussed during your session.

Customized Workouts: As a Certified Personal Trainer, I will design a workout that is specific to your abilities and goals. This will be emailed prior to your session and demonstrated during your session. Workouts can be designed with minimal equipment and performed at home if needed. You will have one workout for each week (to be completed 5 days), and receive a new one each week.

Coaching & Support: As a Certified Health Coach, I’ll provide tools and support to overcome obstacles and help you succeed. You will have constant support and accountability throughout your transformation program.
