My fitness journey began 15 years ago. I noticed a decrease in my metabolism, and I was gaining weight despite my active lifestyle. This shocking reality was not something I was ready to accept.....my body was beginning the slow state of natural regression. I was impelled to change this process and do whatever it took to reach my full physical potential and lose fat. I sought all the education and knowledge I could, and signed up for a fitness competition for extra motivation. I successfully competed in my first fitness event exactly 12 weeks from beginning my quest. In that short time, I lost half my body fat and 3 pant sizes! This transformation sparked my fitness business. As I stood on that competition stage and confidently posed my new body at peak condition, I knew that I wanted to pass this information on to every woman in the world. I soon left my full time career in the pharmaceutical industry and became a Certified Personal Trainer and a Licensed Nutritionist (and also added lots of other education/experience over the years). This education provided the fundamentals and science behind fitness and exercise, but it was my personal 12 week transformation that truly gave me the knowledge and expertise on how to lose fat in a healthy and sustainable way. I’ve now trained hundreds of women to transform their bodies, each client who follows the program gets dramatic results.
