The 12 week couple’s transformation program is designed for reaching your ultimate health and fitness goals as a pair. The objective is for each individual to completely transform their body—lose a lot of fat and inches, while building muscle and strength. Partners will enjoy the benefit of comaraderie and support, as well as cost savings in sharing the program. All training sessions are done virtually from the comfort of your home or office. This program is customized for each individual—receive weekly meal plans, workouts, goal tracking and measuring, as well as lots of lifestyle coaching. We will thoroughly discuss your equipment needs and you can choose to work out at home or at the gym. Typical results yield a 15-30 pound fat loss, a decrease of 2-3 pant sizes, and increased muscle definition. The weekly live session will be shared between the couple—both members must be present for the session as they will receive collection & individualized coaching.
