Gluten free pre-workout granola snack for weight loss and energy

Looking for an easy, healthy snack? These granola bites are a weekly staple in our house. You can create your own varieties and design the perfect flavors for your family to enjoy.

We love this recipe as it has many “superfood” ingredients—lots of nutrient density. It’s also the perfect combination of sweet and salty, and makes enough to last a few days.

Did I mention it is delicious with your morning coffee? Oh heck YES!

And it makes for an easy breakfast since it does include fruit, grain, and protein. Also REALLY great as a pre-workout snack for lots of energy.
